The trail looks like it hasn’t had much action. I knew almost immediately that the summit was out of touch. The powder was super loose/deep; just couldn’t get any traction on it. Sliding backwards constantly, sometimes losing 5 ft. If you couldn’t see the comedy in it, you’re taking things too seriously. At any rate, had a great day out there. Made my way up to the FPA sign for Beaver Brook shelter. It would be great if someone could get up there and extend the broken trail. Wish my toes didn’t start getting cold so I could have gone further. Merry Christmas! |
