 | Comments: |
Spikes to start in minimal snow. Snow depth increased with elevation. Snowshoes went on near the junction with Carriage Rd. Once above the tree line, we encountered a combination of snow, ice and exposed rock. The section of Carriage Rd in the trees has was packed by at least 30 sets of snowshoes today so it is in pretty good shape. Some ice under the loose snow on the upper stretches of Glencliff Trail noted on the way down. |
