Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Neither the Morgan trailhead nor the Rattlesnake trailhead across the road were plowed. I don't like pulling out of the Morgan parking area because of the visibility so I parked at Rattlesnake. I was the only car. There was a truck at the Morgan lot.

Comments
Comments: Besides the little water crossings there were a few damp areas, even higher up near the cliffs. I could feel rocks here and there but mostly I was glad for snowshoes and felt like I left a nice packed trail for others to follow (and wore my bushwhacking/rock snowshoes). The range of depth was probably 6 to 10 inches. I opted to bypass the ladder and cliff route today. The ladder looked clear of snow but wasn't sure what the ledges would be like. I think the truck owner was a hunter. I followed their bare boot tracks up to about a mile and then they went into the woods. Solo otherwise.
