Comments
Comments: Beautiful post-storm day on Moose. 3 of us earned half a golden ticket (4-6 inches of fluff isn’t exactly a heroic effort). Wore spikes until the first lookout and then put snowshoes on though honestly could have just barebooted to the summit. Too boney down low. Also boney on the summit cone. About the same amount of snow that we got at the house in Lincoln, which was surprising/disappointing. We were the only ones out, no tracks on snapper. I think I saw ski marks on the summit so someone may have come up Carriage.
