 | Dog-Related Notes: |
5 dogs. One lady had two of leash and had to hold one back. She said the other was friendly, but still looked at us menacingly while we passed. Not pleasant with the icy conditions. She also left a huge bag of dog shit in the middle of the trail right before she ran into us. Gross. All other dogs were fantastic. |

 | Comments: |
Ice is everywhere and a lot of it is very solid. Bring sharp spikes. It was butt puckering in my rock spikes. Shallow frozen post holes up to, but not too bad just a little annoying. You can sink in about 8 inches of trail near South peak. |
