5 substantial water crossings with ice coating all rocks. Made this hike take much longer than anticipated. Recommend wearing spikes for all of these and using poles. |

Few blowdowns across the trail, but manageable. Trail blazes were very faded and then just stopped for three miles altogether. This makes way finding a bit more challenging currently. |
