Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty at both ends. Zealand Road closed.

Surface Conditions: Ice - Black, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow - Spring Snow

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: One on Lincoln Woods is interesting. All others we easy. Snow bridges are melting however.

Trail Maintenance Notes: A couple blowdowns. But trails are in good shape

Dog-Related Notes: Did not see any. The wet snow would have been difficult.

Comments: Went south to north. Very slushy lots of postholing even with snowshoes. We used spikes to start but switched to snowshoes after second water crossing on Bond Cliff Trail. Snow was very heavy. Thanks to Dave, Karen, Bill, John, June and Mike for a great day to pas 288.
