 | Comments: |
It was a mixed bag for most of Nineteen Mile Brook. Expect standing water in trail with some deep pockets of wet leaves. Ice crusted rocks and areas of ice flow. After the junction with the Carter Dome Trail, there were longer stretches of pack snow, but still plenty of wet spot. I put on rock spikes at the junction with Wildcat Ridge trail. A decent snow pack with a dusting of new snow. Still some exposed rocks and a couple of tricky ice bulges. No need for snowshoes up to Wildcat A. |
