Hogan road to the trailhead is dry and suitable for any car. I was the only one there today. |

The first mile is almost dry and snow is gradually coming in as we get elevation. On the summit it's about ankle deep so don't bother bringing snowshoes like I did! Microspikes might be useful on the ledges for some.
Take some time to check the 3-4 vistas on the way up, some are a bit offtrail. The greatest view is about .3 mile after the junction with Mahoosuc trail. Enjoy!! |
