Terrific afternoon in the beautiful woods. Trees and trail glazed in frozen granular. We barebooted - it's not deep enough for traction. Still, had to be careful of slipperyness. We took the hiking trail up and back to the snow mo trail and only took the snowmo trail below the regular lower trail crossing, all the way to the car. No views from the summit but that's OK. Kind of drizzled on and off. Summit was downright wintry!!! |
