Comments
Comments: PBB down low was just lots of leaves on trail. All crossings were fairly easy rock hops. Some mud in the usual places but not deep and easy to avoid. Once we climbed out of the bowl there was enough snow to make things slippery. After the Scaur junction the “steeps” were definitely slippery. Not too bad ascending as long as you watched your foot placement. From North down to Col was also slippery. Returning from Middle the “fun” really began. One put on spikes and had no real issues, one (me) forgot them! Bad move. I safely got down but it was a lot of work and slow going! Bring spikes!!
Saw a number (8 at least) that had ascended the North Slide!
