Comments
Comments: Lovely hike with the full range of later fall conditions. The trail was a bit soggy in spots after yesterday’s rain, and above the Passaconaway Cutoff junction with Square Ledge Trail we began to see snow. There wasn’t enough to require spikes but it’s definitely good to bring enough warm clothes and waterproof gloves at this time of year. The rocks heading to the summit were slick from leaves and water so that section required a bit more caution but it was all doable.
