Comments
Comments: Wet snow started just above 3000'. At first just a few spots but gradually increasing on the way up to North Twin. 3 or 4 inches on these peaks. Firs were laying over pretty well so be prepared with waterproof/winter gear. I had no trouble with traction but a few freeze thaw cycles could change this. On Twinway snow tailed off to just over an inch or so until just above the hut. Last few hundred feet of elevation on Hale also had a bit of snow although not nearly as much as the Twins.....winter is on it's way!
