 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Plenty of spots in the upper lot at 10:30. |
 | Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery |
 | Recommended Equipment: |
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Mostly fine, though there's one on Ethan Pond that was a little tricky because a log bridge that had originally spanned it had collapsed. People with longer legs may find it a bit easier. Given the drought, we were surprised by the amount of water up there... |
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trails were mostly in good shape, though some of the bog bridges have seen better days. |
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Met a few other pups on the trail today including Baxter and his "girlfriend". |

 | Comments: |
Trails were WET today. Lots of areas where the trail was essentially a stream or large puddle. North Fork was surprisingly full given the drought.
Ran into a moose between Shoal Pond and Thoreau Falls. |
