 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
We came in from the north, via Magalloway Rd -> Cedar Stream Rd and roads were in lovely shape - low clearance appropriate.
The great news of the day was that Rowell Brook Trail was ungated (with a large pile of gravel at the entrance, implying some road maintenance).
We drove up Rowell Brook Trail, which was in an easy drive in mid-clearance to the town line blazes, just after the first dip in the road for the first drainage. Nice place to pull off right across form the blazes |

Champ chased a pickup with some puppies in the back from where we parked. Tucker waited patiently which I ran after Champ. |

 | Comments: |
Easy whack following the blazes and small round signs. We stuck to the blazes until about 2275, then whacked to the peak. Blazes were a bit more faded on the descent and trickier to follow. Just over an hour round trip. |
