Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Number 4 Mountain Trail to the summit is in good condition with relocated switchbacks and stone and wood steps. If you are continuing to Baker Mountain, good luck. The trail is easy with good footing, but with 50+ blowdowns you will have a slow-go. Specifically, from mile 4.5-4.7 the trail is obliterated and you will mostly bushwhack to the summit.

Comments
Comments: A very pleasurable jaunt in silent, beautiful woods. With that said, there are tremendous amounts of blowdowns that will be worked on over the next year. If one is interested in summiting, be well-versed in bushwhacking.
