Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Water levels are extremely low so everything is a rock hop. I wasn’t sure what we would find so I hauled enough water so that filtering was not needed. You could actually filer water down low on both PB and Sabbaday.

Trail Maintenance Notes: No issues!
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: My pup particularly enjoyed all of the water crossings on Sabbaday Brook Trail on the way down.

Comments
Comments: We hiked up Pine Bend and down Sabbaday, and walked the Kanc back to the car. This was not my plan; if it were I would have parked at Sabbaday and done the road walk first!! PB and the trail between the two peaks were super busy, including multiple hikers that we know (yay!) so detouring down Sabbaday was a peaceful plan. Huge shoutout to JT (NH Hiker) and his brother, who adopted the Sabbaday Brook Trail this year, and did an epic job clearing some super tricky blowdowns on this trail!!
