Date of Hike: Tuesday, September 16, 2025
Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Cedar Stream Road is a little bumpy at times but still doable with a mid-clearance vehicle. Shortly after turning onto Pisgah Mountain Trail there's a short but steep washout that requires high clearance. We parked almost due west of the peak on the side of the road.

Comments
Comments: This was a thrash-fest. We entered the woods around 2150' and quickly encountered tall brush and hobblebush over our heads that continued to the summit. We found better, but not great, woods to the south on the descent.
