| Comments: |
Not nearly as windy as forecasted. Trails were all well packed, except between haystack and Liberty Spring trail, which was broken but very rough. Not much ice; some bare rock along the ridge. We wore snowshoes until just past the hut when we switched to crampons. Wore crampons till we were over Haystack, where we switched back to snowshoes for the rest of the hike. Thanks Tim for another great day! |
