Parking/Access Road Notes: Room for 20-24 cars on Thompson Rd. When the lot is full you’ll need a Plan B. No parking roadside. Most people appeared to heading to Pudding Pond

Dog-Related Notes: Should be easy. No water after the first 50 yards.

Bugs: A few annoying no-see-ums and mosquitos down low. A few non-aggressive ground wasps as is typical. No stinging insects seen.

Comments: A straight up and down on a beautiful September day. Bone dry conditions. No water in the usual spots.

Nice to see these trails getting some love the last couple years.
