Awesome weather Wed & all week. Trail is in great condition. Other than the last 1/4 mile easy scramble to the summit, it's a beautiful walk in the woods with mild to moderate elevation gain on a dirt trail with switchbacks & a far cry from the bouldering fun on other WM trails. Plenty of room at the summit to enjoy the views, ravens & sunshine. Several other hikers out enjoying a perfect weekday but trail was uncrowded & peaceful. Very birdy if you're into bird watching. |
