Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Ramsey has a lot of erosion due to its steepness. I counted four trees down on Undercut. Blaze colors on Ramsey are a bit odd -- above the junction with Undercut the blazes are green but below that junction they are white (Undercut is blazed in white so this is confusing). Undercut is pretty brushy for a bit south of where it leaves the old logging road. The entrance to this road off NH 113 is not signed.

Comments
Comments: I hadn't been on OBP since the reconstruction work was done a few years ago and wanted to check that out for the next WMG. Looking good!

After a brief summit stay I lost elevation gain very quickly on Ramsey. Steep trail! Would be quite fun going up though, especially the small rockslide section. Turning onto Undercut was a nice mellow walk back to the highway. Next time I'll do this loop in the opposite direction!
