Comments
Comments: This is a breathtaking trail and it's in excellent shape. One of the gems of the 52 with a View and NH 50 finest. The scramble up South Baldface was super fun. There is no water at the Baldface Shelter. The views are spectacular. Descended via BIcknell Ridge as it's more scenic. Bicknell Ridge has a relatively new re-route. Took a plunge in the Emerald Pool on the return, which was quite refreshing. Lots of people around that spot. Did not see anyone hiking the loop today. Hot, hazy and humid today with temps in the high 80's.
