 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Had to park on the side of the road but nice wide shoulders so no problem. |

|
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Must be a dozen crossings, none that were the least bit problematic |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Someone spent some time with their ax on this trail. There's one blowdown just below the Tripyramid trail, but there's a well worn path around it. This was my first time up this trail and my only suggestion would be to touch up some sections with new paint, but no problems following the well worn path either. |
|
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Easy enough dog hike, mine did fine but the upper sections are void of water so bring some extra.

 | Bugs: |
Down low sucked, but the worst problem was at elevation 3,350' where a yellow jacket nest resides. Everyone we passed mentioned it but no one had a good description of where it was. Nothing horrible but we both got stung on the way up. Coming down I knew where it was so we sprinted by it with no issues. Its roughly below where the scrambling starts. |

 | Comments: |
Lots of folks out today. I kinda like this trail, not real steep until the top, pretty easy going trail. I didn't bother to tag North because I don't need it and its nothing much anyway! |
