Hellgate Brook - water is split around an island - rock-hoppable; Redrock Brook - rock-hoppable; camp 9 Brook - glad there's a log there for stepping on; all other crossings were not big |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
standard deadfall every 100 ft in Wilderness area - just got used to hopping over constantly. Once I was between Hellgate and Redrock Brooks, was so much easier - nice footbed and fewer deadfalls |

Terrific morning. Rode bike to wilderness boundary to save my legs. Jogged to 13 Falls and jogged back to wilderness boundary. Was super-fun. Had to walk now and again but just love this area. |
