Surprised to find no other cars at the lot this morning. Small lot with enough room for maybe 5 cars. Overflow parking about .25 before the trail head. Iron Mountain Road(dirt) is rough in some areas. |

No blowdowns. Aside from some trail creep in the switchbacks, the trail is in good condition. |

Not much water on this hike for dogs. Be cautious around the ledges. |

Not bad today. Nice breeze helped |

 | Comments: |
Trail was dry with a couple areas of minor mud. Bright blue skies with a light breeze made this hike bearable in the increasing heat. Stellar views from the Ledges and the North Viewpoint on the way up. Very enjoyable hike. |
