Bugs
Bugs: Holy shwow, mosquitoes were pretty brutal at lower elevations. Up on the summit they weren't too bad. They did not care that I had spray on.

Comments
Comments: Wanted to get in a short hike in before the extreme heat moves in later today and this fit the bill early this morning. Dry trail all around. I hadn't climbed the fire tower in a while and the views are disappearing due to tree growth. Still, there are are some openings to Rattlesnake Hill and the Concord quarries, Mt. Kearsarge, and the Belknap Range.
