 | Comments: |
Gale River Trail heading up to the hut and Galehead mountain is a straightforward, not too difficult trail the first few miles before it gets steeper to the Garfield Ridge Trail, not too much of a view from the summit outlook or from the Hut either because of hazy clouds.
The Galehead summit has a rock, pile and no views. The hut is fantastic place to stop and talk to either to the staff aMd others. It was nice to sit down and have something to eat and relax. Not too much mud and all of the streams were easily rock hopped. Great way to spend the day. |
