On Danforth road in Pittsburg, you’ll see a sign saying private drive, take the hard left up the steep gravel road and another hard left and the trail is right after a driveway, with a CT arrow.I found room for one vehicle. |

 | Comments: |
I could’ve taken a nap in the sun on the smooth rock on top but the flies were out, and there was noisy construction nearby. The view wasn’t what I’d hoped either, a little disappointing. Still it was a great spot to have lunch while in the area checking off summits. The nearby general store is great too. I had to restock on food to extend my trip. |
