Black flies were minimal in the morning, but vexing in places in the afternoon. |

Trails were damp this morning following some light showers. Some mud, but not terrible at least on the trails I used. Ski trail grass/weeds/prickers are getting tall, so the gravel access road is the way to go if going up the slopes.
Still one pile of snow remaining on the ski slopes (in the High Country).
Dry after mid-morning, and the sun started to come out in the afternoon with temperatures climbing into the 60s, making for what seemed to be the best Saturday weather of the spring. |
