Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: There was space for about 5 or 6 cars at the trailhead total and open space for me when I got there at 8:30 am.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: There is one big water crossing about a mile in where I had to pick up my dog and hunt up and down to find a hop-able area. I contemplated switching to my crocs but it was kinda cold.

Dog-Related Notes: My small dog had a great time, though it was super wet.

Bugs: Pretty much none, but it was in the 40s for a lot of the day with freezing rain up on top.

Comments
Comments: The trail was a wet and sloppy mess in many parts. Several trail sections were a gushing stream, though I was able to bushwack around one stream trail section on the way back down. Saw 3 people the whole day. One woman asked me if they closed the gate at the fishery in the evening, but I didn't know.
