Comments
Comments: WET is the key word. Bareboot 100% of the way, no use recommending traction for this any more. Davis path to Crawford- dry a lot of the way, some mud, definitely wet rocks, some moving water on trail & wet slabs, all this rain just take very good caution. Davis path to stairs (I did resolution first but for continuity) this section of Davis path was very mixed, we’re talking soft trail/mud, wet rocks & storm damage with blowdowns to bushwhack around.. Mt Parker trail to Resolution… WET, standing water, moving water, rocks were wet, mud mud/ walk around some go through others, very wet slabs.. I mean really very few dry trail spots.. section to head South Knob Peak same story, no slabs so other than that, just the slight semblance of the trail to this peak, shows on map but not marked.. a bit grown in, not quite a bushwhack but WORTH taking the trip, an additional view point I did not regret visiting.

Please be mindful of your footwear having good grip if going in rain, take is reallllly easy on the slabs/ wet rocks… it’s definitely doable, just a bit slower going at points. Incredible hike if you want to get all three & have some incredible views throughout - I lucked out with the clouds holding out between rain showers for full visibility.

Happy & safe hiking 🥾 🙏
