Parking/Access Road Notes: Lots of room for parking on Moosilauke highway. Two cars on arrival and departure

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Only one note worthy watercrossing on southern end of trail, right near trailhead was easily rock hoppable. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails in great shape. Signficant amount of mud pits. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: 1 Giant off leash dog, but seemed pretty friendly and was under voice command of owner. 
Bugs
Bugs: Yes. black flies and mosquitos. Near the pond they were annoying, but didn't bother us much when moving.
