Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Some of the water crossings on Franconia Brook were hard with some higher waters, but not impassable.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Lots of trees down, one brook crossing was a complete washout with part of the bank gone.

Bugs: Mosquitoes having arrived, so have the ticks.  
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Lost my water bottle on Garfield Ridge, it had my favorite sticker on it, one from Shenandoah National Park.  
 
Comments
Comments: Garfield was not bad spots of snow, and wet rocks but easily passable from the Campsite to Galehead hut. Found the bugs near the ponds on Franconia Brook Trail.
