Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of parking available at Unknown Pond South trailhead.

Water Crossing Notes: All easy to cross 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: We cleared the remaining blowdowns along Kilkenny Ridge Trail from the cabin to the summit. You can now stay on the trail. We also made a dent into the tangle on the side trail leading to the outhouse. a couple of large trees remain as well as one on the outhouse. The door does still open and close.

Dog-Related Notes: 3 well behaved dogs and their owners.

Bugs: Black flies are out but not a problem if you keep moving.

Lost and Found: none 
 
Comments
Comments: The trail was mostly dry with the usual wet/muddy areas on Bunnell Notch Trail. The wet areas were easy to walk around or walk through without getting wet feet.
