Campground is closed and area beside gate had limited parking which was full on arrival. Parked at a turn around a quarter mile down the road |

Easy stepovers no issue at all |

Trail in good shape. A few stepovers. Encountered a large blowdown towards the end of counter clockwise loop. |

Excellent first time hike of this loop. Nice views. The campground is preparing the grounds to open for season. Restrooms above caretaker lot were open as well |
