Comments
Comments: Airline trail was clear of all snow and ice. (One small patch of snow off the side of the trail in one place) Valley Way still had several patches of snow on the upper portions. Most could be walked around (still on the trail) but some had to be gone through. If I had put my spikes on, I might not have wiped out! But the snow was really minimal.
I chose to stay on Gulfside and head to Thunderstorm Junction and take Lowe's up Adams from the back side. Much shorter section of boulder climbing from that side. (but yes, a longer hike)
Beautiful day up there!
