Too much water to rock hop safely at winter crossing. Waders or water shoes required. It is possible to cross on wet logs and rocks about 50 meters up stream if so inclined. |

All the blow downs have been cleared. The remaining obstructions are easy to step over. |

It's that time of year again. The black flies have returned to the woods. |

I found what I lost at the trailhead. Thanks to the finder for bringing them to the trailhead. |

An enjoyable day in the trail. We experienced the full package of trail conditions. Some slick wer rocks along the misery mile, some mud down low and a little remaining snow before reaching the ridge. No problem areas to be concerned about. Sawyer River Rd was dry. |
