Comments
Comments: The trail started out dry before came across a lot of mud and running water. At .5 mile from the cabin we had an off and on icy and narrow monorail all the way to the summit. We wore spikes at this point but walked on the sides of the monorail whenever open ground was available. It can be hard to stay on trail after the cabin since you have to go around numerous blowdowns. The water crossings were not bad considering all of the rain lately. We were able to rock hop our way across.
