Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked at The Ammonoosuc lot plenty of room. *Walked out the Jefferson Notch road which is gated and still quite soft in spots. At one point sunk far above ankles with both feet in mud

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The one i crossing on Jewell that i encountered is wooden bridged a couple small hoppable flows on the Boundary as well as one i waded across on clay brook just below the knees 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Removed one blowdown on Jewell trail shortly before Jewell Spur otherwise in super shape with some recent cleanup. Boundary Trail has a pair of broken bog bridges across a small flow otherwise in super shape

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Packed out 80 percent of an illegal campsite 1.2 miles up from the gate along Jefferson Brook. Found a new use for my pack liner. Garbage,tarp clothes hammer food tins and several pages of a bank statement with name and address documented. Passed on to the USFS. Sad days...

Comments: Nice afternoon to Complete the Jewell trail and hike the Boundary Trail. Jefferson Notch road walk is a pleasure as well
