Great short hike up to Elephant Head. First wood sorrel sighting for me this year! Lots of wet/muddy trail, but all pretty much rock hoppable (granted, my legs are probably longer than some hikers'). Lots of trout lilies and some red trilliums out. Cool to look down at the series of beaver dams (?) across the train tracks. |
