 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Plenty of parking at Cardigan Lodge - only about 3 cars in entire lot early afternoon. Shem Valley Rd was in really good shape - no ruts - would be passable with low-clearance vehicle. |

 | Surface Conditions: |
Wet Trail |

 | Recommended Equipment: |

|
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Fowler River (Clark Brook?) was rock-hoppable with care - I had to really pick my route. Thankfully there has been a lot of work removing deadfall out of the brook, including the big trees across this turn at the trail - plan to rock-hop or wait for more rain and enjoy a class 4-5 paddle down the river!!! |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Much work has been done removing deadfall - trail was in excellent shape, despite the rain showers |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |

 | Bugs: |
none - not even a tick on me (yet) |
