 | Comments: |
Spikes were the name of the game today. Road walk and first 2 miles of actual trail were barebooted easily. Very quick going with small patches of ice and snow. Once the incline began, spikes were necessary. The monorail was very stable but thin, easy to slip off and kind of fall into the trees. Only saw a handful of others out today, including someone I have met on trail a few times!! Perfectly clear day and had the summit to myself for the 30 minutes I was up there. |
