 | Comments: |
Cross Rivendell is beautifully maintained. There are some wet spots as expected this time of year but the mud is mostly avoidable. The ice starts shortly before the ledges and continues up to a short distance before breaking out into the exposed granite at the top. We did not put spikes on ascending but wished we had and made sure to wear them on the descent. |
