Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable)

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Rock hopping was adequate for all crossings. Feet stayed dry but water ran over the toes of my boots on some of the submerged rocks at the second , larger crossing.

Comments
Comments: Trail started dry with some muddy areas. Microspikes were needed a bit after the second crossing. Hard packed snow up to the Garfield Ridge trail and out to Galehead. A few post holes along the way but the surface was generally hard enough to stay on top.
