Comments
Comments: Conditions: All trails were hard packed and solid with some minor drifting between the peaks. A few blow-downs along the way. All stream crossings were snow-bridged over. For the most part we used Hillsounds all day. I switched to Hillsound Pros for the steeps going up the North loop and coming down the south loop. The South trail is pretty smooth with all the butt sliding being done. Not much ice anywhere. Great day out with Bill Marcotte, and Bruce Pfendler. Nice meeting up and taking with Cath Goodwin on the trail. Beautiful day in the mountains. Cold start this morning, but it warmed up fast with no winds.
