Comments
Comments: Two of us wore Microspikes, and the other Hillsound Pro Crampons, the whole way. Some off-track post holing in some areas, and an inch or two layer of fresh snow in some regions, but no need at all for snowshoes if one stayed on the packed track. BTW, the Hale Fire Warden "trail" looked well packed out as seen from the N Twin Trail.
