Comments
Comments: Awesome day out today. We started in microspikes, switched to snowshoes on the way to Tom. Trail to Tom was well traveled and in great condition. Snowshoes are needed on the Willey Range trail. Lots of people out on the trail today but hardly anyone went to Willey. By the time we made it to Field, there were tracks to Willey, so we decided to head over. We encountered the group of 6 who had packed the trail out, as well as another hiker. Combined with my group of four, the trail to Willey is now well-packed and easy to follow. Lots of low hanging trees to duck around on the Willey Range trail which made for slow going. Overall awesome bluebird and sunny day.
