  | Water Crossing Notes: |
The big ones are solidly bridged. A couple small ones might require on step on a rock but they are easy.  |

  | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Only the ridge had blowdowns. I think I managed to clear all of the small & medium ones but there are several big trees that need to be cut. The worst is a double crawl-under near the middle of the ridge.  |

I have now done the Hancocks 25 times and I think today was probably the best conditions I've had yet. The entire trail is smooth, well-packed, and has no post-holes. Rocks are covered and there is no ice anywheret. 8 of us used snowshoes the entire way and even though it's now well packed I recommend using them.   |
