Comments: Windy day when not much is broken out? Sounds like a WTF day. Snowshoes all day.

Trails are now broken but definitely not consolidated with plenty of fluffy powder moving around. Ranging from 1-6 inches, with additional drifting in the usual spots heading over to Willey. My own tracks were starting to disappear on my return trip to Field. Lots of spruce overhangs to navigate- nothing problematic, just annoying and the kind you have to put your head down and push through and hope you don’t whack your head on something firm. RIP to my sunglasses that met their heroic death this way today.

Saw three people all day - two of whom were in spikes and not carrying shoes. One of them did Tom and Field before descending Avalon. I did my best to repair the damage those two caused, but Avalon in particular needs more TLC.
